This Privacy Statement applies to information that (1) you provide to us when you stay, travel, or attend an event with us (or make inquiries to stay, travel, or attend an event with us); and (2) we collect from you when you visit any of Outer Edge Travels websites.


Outer Edge Travel LLC.  (the "Company", "we", "our", or "us") Privacy Policy sets out what information we collect, how we collect it, and what we do with it. Our Privacy Policy applies to you and your use of our website, other applications, platforms or channels, available now or created in the future, which are owned or operated by the Company and through which we make our products and services available (collectively, the “Sites”). In all your dealings with us you must ensure that others you represent are aware of the content of our Privacy Policy and consent to your acting on their behalf.


1. Information we collect


Information you provide on a voluntary basis

We will collect, store and process information about you if you voluntarily provide us with such information in connection with the following:

  • filling in a form on any of our websites; (e.g., contact form, subscription, registration, scholarship, trip planning, etc.);

  • filling in a physical registration card;

  • contacting us by telephone or face to face (e.g., in the context of making a reservation);

  • details of food allergies/dietary requirements and special requests made (for example, relating to a disability) you provide to us;

  • health concerns you have shared with us (for example, those impacting your ability to travel);

  • passport and visa information, payment information, travel history and details of joint travellers;

  • travelers insurance information;

  • dates of your stay or travel with us and associated charges;

  • purchase or delivery of products or services;

  • reviews and opinions about our brands, products and services;

  • information we receive about you from any third parties through whom you have booked your arrangements; or

  • information we receive about you from other members of the Outer Edge Travel group (which may include information relating to travel dates, food allergies, special requests and room preferences, and details of payments made to us).


We do not collect “sensitive information” (e.g., information on racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religion or other beliefs, health, criminal background or trade union membership) unless it is volunteered by you.


We may use medical or other sensitive data provided by you to better serve and meet your needs (but under no circumstances will we process any sensitive data for marketing and/or profiling purposes). Such sensitive information is only shared with other staff members of Outer Edge Travel LLC or our third party service providers (acting as data processors) for the purpose of providing the services you request. By making such special requests or notifying us of such preferences, you agree to us sharing your information in this way.

Personal information we collect automatically

  • marketing and profiling purposes is managed solely by Outer Edge Travel LLC as data controller. Your decision to provide your information for such purposes is optional and will have no consequence on your ability to travel with us or benefit from the requested services;

  • all purposes concerning your booking, your stay and to provide you with the services you have requested, is managed by Outer Edge Travel LLC. Your decision to provide information to us is voluntary however, if you do not provide such information you may no longer be able to benefit from our services.

We may process your personal information by both automated and manual means. We may use your information in other ways for which we provide specific notice at the time of collection.

3. Sharing information


We do not sell, otherwise disclose, or share information we collect and hold about you, except as described in this Privacy Policy.


We may share your information within Outer Edge Travel LLC, which may be used to offer products and services to you consistent with the purposes identified in this Privacy Policy. We may also share information with service providers who perform functions and services on our behalf. Such third parties will be appointed as data processors and will be provided only with information necessary to perform the services on our behalf but are not authorised to use such information for any other purposes.


Outer Edge Travel LLC  may contract with third parties to process payments and information requests, and these parties would have access to personal information in fulfilling their duties. We also may share your personal information with our affiliated companies in connection with delivering services and information to you and with other parties in connection with the arrangement of travel services, such as hotels and providers of transportation. The information we collect is not shared with other organizations for commercial purposes.


We may disclose information about you if we are required to do so by law or pursuant to legal process, or in response to a request from law enforcement authorities or other government officials.


We reserve the right to transfer information about you in the event that we sell or transfer all or a portion of our business or assets, in accordance with applicable law. Should such a sale or transfer occur, we will use reasonable efforts to direct the transferee to use information you have provided to us in a manner that is consistent with our Privacy Policy. Following such a sale or transfer, you may contact the entity to which we transferred your information with any inquiries concerning the processing of that information.


When you voluntarily disclose information about yourself and the content that you submit to this website (e.g., personal information such as your name, phone number and personal web address) through a Review or other public posting on the website, this information will be publicly available, can be collected and used by third parties and may result in unsolicited messages from others. Such activities are beyond our control. Please refrain from disclosing personal information on this website that you intend to keep private.

Please also note that by submitting a Review or other public posting on this website, it becomes the property of Outer Edge Travel, and we may reproduce some or all of it in our promotional materials—either elsewhere on our website, in an email, or in our catalogs. You also authorize us to disclose your last name, hometown and state, and travel history with us in connection with the review.

4. Marketing Material

(1) Using your information, we may from time to time contact you with or make available to you (directly or indirectly) information on offers of goods and services, brochures, new products, forthcoming events or competitions from our holiday divisions and our group companies or third-parties as set above, “Our Use of Your Information.” We will tailor information you receive or see; this will enable us to make available to you more personalized and relevant communications. We may use innovative technologies and work with our third-party business partners to achieve this.


(2) We will assume you agree to email when you make an e-booking or provide us with your email address in other situations such as in-store, competitions, promotions, prize draws, and social media.


(3) If you do not wish to receive such information or would like to change your preferences, please refer to the “Your Rights” section of this Privacy Policy below.

5. Email communications

Outer Edge Travel LLC wants to make it easy for you to take advantage of travel-related opportunities and special events on our website. One way we do this is by sending you e-mail messages that contain information about your apparent travel-related interests. We believe these email messages will provide you with useful information about travel-related special offers available through our sites.

If you do not want to receive email from us in the future, please let us know by contacting us through this website. We reserve the right to send you occasional service-related emails about your account even if you voluntarily opt-out of email notifications.

If you supply us with your postal address online you may receive periodic mailings from us with information on new products and services or upcoming events. If you do not wish to receive such mailings, please let us know by calling us at the number provided below, emailing us at the below address, or writing to us at the below postal address. To be removed from our mailing list, please provide us with your exact name and address.

You can choose to access certain third party social media websites and services through our site (e.g. Facebook). When you do so, you are sharing information with those sites, and the information you share will be governed by their privacy policies. You may also be able to modify your privacy settings with these third party social media websites.

This website contains links to other websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other websites. This privacy policy applies solely to information collected by Outer Edge Travel LLC. 8. Google

Google's advertising requirements can be summed up by Google's Advertising Principles. They are put in place to provide a positive experience for users.

We use Google AdSense Advertising on our website.

Google, as a third party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on our site. Google's use of the DART cookie enables it to serve ads to our users based on their visit to our site and other sites on the Internet. Users may opt out of the use of the DART cookie by visiting the Google ad and content network privacy policy.

We have implemented the following:

Under California Civil Code Section 1798.83, California residents have the right to request and receive from us, once per year and free of charge, information about the personal information we have disclosed (if any) to third parties for their marketing purposes during the previous calendar year, and a description of the categories of personal information shared.

11. Children's privacy

Outer Edge Travel LLC does not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under the age of 18. If you are under the age of 18, please do not provide your name and address or other contact details or any other personally identifiable information of any kind whatsoever. If you are a parent or guardian of someone under the age of 18 who has provided us information without your knowledge and consent, you may request that we remove this information by contacting us at the below address or phone number.

This Site is not used to knowingly solicit Personal Information from or market to children under the age of 18. This Site is intended for use by persons who are over 18 years of age. Therefore, we request that children under the age of 18 not submit any Personal Information to us through the Site. If we learn that we have inadvertently gathered Personal Information from children under the age of 18, we will promptly remove such information from our records.


12. How we protect your information


We maintain administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect the information you provide against accidental, unlawful or unauthorized destruction, loss, alteration, access, disclosure or use. We limit the information we provide to outside companies with whom we contract with in order to provide services on our behalf and only provide what they need to carry out their responsibilities. 13. How long we keep information for


Outer Edge Travel LLC only retains your information for as long as needed to fulfil the purposes for which it is collected, unless otherwise provided by law.

14. Cookies

If you use the Site, we utilize "cookies" that enable us to monitor traffic patterns and to serve you more efficiently if you revisit the Site. A cookie does not identify you personally but it does identify your computer. No data transmissions over the internet are completely secure. Consequently, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of an information you transmit to us over the Internet. Your transmit such information at your own risk. Once we receive your transmission, we make reasonable efforts to ensure the security of our systems.
